Contingent Recruitment

No Win No Fee


Use case: if you want to try our services out and/or utilise multiple channels (your own and/or other agencies)

The Reality: highly competitive, no-win-no-fee, therefore standard fees apply, timing cannot be guaranteed, but can and does work if client
engages well (I.e. client meeting is very important to understand nuances of business/ role/ reason for hire, org structure etc)

Perm Pricing:
Fee % per full/ standard terms and conditions (perm) available here
Paid 25 days from invoice (placement/ signing)
Sliding scale rebate/ refund (90 days)
Temp/ contract to perm governed by the below

Temp/ Contract Pricing:
Fee % (margin) built into hourly rate per project/ assignment
Fees and payment terms/ frequency agreed in project SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Full/ standard terms and conditions (temp/ contract) available here

Retained Assignments

Project based; lower fee paid in 3 x instalments


Use case: if you want a more professional and dedicated service, placement guaranteed

The Reality: experience all around is a lot better as both sides commit to the process, we assign dedicated resources to the project, and leverage advertising, networks, alliances, referrals, headhunting and other sources I.e. multiple channels to success, we manage the whole process for you

Retainer Pricing:
Reduced flat rate as agreed between the parties
All other terms and conditions as per WIR's perm Ts&Cs available here

Third upfront
Third on agreed shortlist
Third on placement/ signing

Plus - if you don’t want to progress to the next stage, then you don’t pay that portion
Third up front is for mobilisation, advertising, resource dedication, and immediate candidate engagement, all sources

Service Level Agreement

Lowest fee for ongoing agreed-to monthly services


Use case: if you want us to manage all recruitment for your business

The Reality: HR and recruitment are not the same thing. There is a war for talent, especially in professional & technical services, and if you
want to succeed, you will want the best staff. This requires attention daily. We install applicant tracking systems, build talent pools,
employer branding and career pages – the works – and we continually source so that you are always ready (think of this as people insurance)

SLA Pricing:
Bespoke/ tailored set monthly fee based on your unique business and requirements
Cancel anytime with 3 months’ notice
No additional placement/ conversion fees
Separate SLA agreement, specifically identifying agreed-to scope, timing, and cost
